Deep Cleaning

Our deep clean is a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of your house. We recommend a Deep Clean if it’s been 60+ days since your home was last thoroughly cleaned. They include everything in the standard clean checklist, and a whole lot more.

Move In/Out Cleaning

Also known as a “Make-Ready” Clean, our Move In/Out Cleaning package is our most detailed clean and is intended for customers who need to get their house ready for the next tenants or to list on the market. This clean automatically includes oven and fridge cleaning, which is only available as an add-on to Standard and Deep Cleans.

Service Exclusions

NOTE: We also want to be very clear about what we don’t do in our cleanings. See below:

  • Cleaning exterior blinds and windows, or any other exteriors including garages
  • We will not touch blinds that are prone to breakage, e.g. plastic fragile mini blinds, venetian blinds
  • Heavily organizing spaces (significant tidying or decluttering)
  • Cleaning homes in a hoarder / excessive junk removal scenario​
  • “Maid” activities like laundry and dishes (call us for certain exceptions)
  • Cleaning houses in extreme ‘bad shape’ scenario
  • Extreme buildup of grime
  • Heavily soiled floors and carpets (professional carpet cleaning needed)
  • Human/pet biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia)
  • Infestations (pests, bugs, etc)
  • Climb/use ladders, move furniture, or clean walls (insurance liability issue)
